FIFA
FIFA is a saga of soccer video games published annually by Electronic Arts under the EA Sports label.
When the saga began at the end of 1993, he stood out as the first to have an official FIFA license. The latest editions of the saga contain many exclusive licenses and league teams from around the world, such as the Premier League and the English Football League, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, La Liga First Division of Spain, National Teams, among other leagues more than they have been adding over the last few years, which allows the actual use of the stadiums, chants of the public, real names of the players and their similarities in how they play in the field, etc.
The first game of the saga was characterized by its isometric or three-quarter perspective, which differed from the other titles that offered a view from above or bird's eye view. An important aspect was the sound of the audience in the stadium, which was based on live recordings and which gave more realism to the development of the game with chants from the fans. The game featured national representatives, and a special team formed by a selective of players, this team is called EA Sports. Despite all the shortcomings it presented, there is no doubt that in its time it was a success, the people of EA Sports year after year continued to improve their FIFA games. The new generation of FIFA changed a lot, the artificial intelligence (AI) of the players is now more developed. For example, in the hand to hand goalkeepers are faster and if the player does not pass the ball or throws on goal, the goalkeeper will steal the ball from his opponent. Goalkeepers can also be ejected and can now be operated manually, which will make things even more complicated. One of the best video games in the FIFA saga has been FIFA 2002 in which you can do different types of actions with players and also has a very good resolution, the narrators have many more phrases than in previous sagas. This is the first saga that has broken records with its one billion sales becoming a reference in sports simulation.
